A Bad Trip

HFP client Mr. A has been struggling with back issues and finally had a chance to go to the hospital for testing. Unfortunately, the ride there was much worse for another passenger:

"While heading to the hospital the transporting officer slammed on the brakes and a paralyzed prisoner in a wheelchair came flying to the front and crashed into me before hitting the ground in pure pain. My back is hurting like crazy right now... Its all bad."

HFP was able to follow up and make sure this incident was documented and reviewed
