HFP clients share tragic news that could possibly have been prevented:

"I (am writing about) Mr. Bonds-El. Now he is no longer with us he passed away on July 3, 2021 of a massive heart attack. But here is the problem - he was wheelchaired over to health care 3-times complaining of chest pains, and each time he was sent back to unit where he laid down and died. Now the institution has no current contact information to inform his family and they asked us prisoners if we had it. We don't..."

HFP has asked for follow up on the circumstances of Mr. Bonds-El's death, may he rest in peace.
