FOIA could mean freedom

A note from yesterday's mail at HFP: "The FOIA requests you submitted for Mr. B are bearing real fruit... The prosecutor hid these exculpatory reports from the defense and if it weren't for your assistance, Mr. B would not have been able to prove his innocence. He is so happy these days. I've tried slapping that goofy smile off his face, but it's still there (smile)!"
