Frustration

An HFP client sounds off at the current schedule that keeps him in his cell most of the day: "This is getting ridiculous. We are only given an average of 1 hour and 20 minutes outdoor activity. We average about 1 hour and 20 minutes of law library access a week. No general library for reading. No programs for lifers and long indeterminate sentenced prisoners. The MDOC must come up with a better solution than warehousing."
