Resolution

When Mr. R lost property in a transfer, he wasn't sure what to do. After some guidance and an inquiry from HFP, we received this message from him a few days later:

"IN REGARDS TO MY PROPERTY THEY MADE THE DECISION TO PAY FOR ALL MISSING ITEMS! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AND HUMANITY FOR PRISONERS IN YOUR EFFORT AND SUCCESS IN CALLING THE MDOC ABOUT MY MISSING PROPERTY, THE SITUATION WAS SETTLED"
