The Right Advice

When Mr. O contacted HFP concerned about his upcoming public hearing, HFP supplied him with a pair of guides we've been sharing for many years. Now that the hearing has passed, Mr. O sends this update: "Dear Matt; I just want to thank you very much for your kind assistance and the materials that you sent me to get ready for the Public Hearing that I had on the 19th of this month. The material was spot on Matt, and I did very well, especially when it came to dealing with the Assistant Attorney General. Remaining calm and humble was very important. I learned that they had a job to do, and they came there to do it... Bless you and your whole organization for your assistance once again. Again, your material was a blessing and it served as a guide to know what to say and it taught me how to be humble when dealing with people."
